I couldn’t find the details regarding the transaction from 2013 so I purchased a new copy of PDF Stamper last night. When I installed it, I got the fatal error issue that asked me to have my server admin install the latest version of ionCube Loader.
Per the suggestions found here in the support, I had my hosting company move my site to a new server that had an updated version of ionCube Loader (v4.6.1).
I now get a new fatal error that states:
“Fatal error: The file /nas/wp/www/cluster-30005/__________/wp-content/plugins/wp-pdf-stamper/pdf_stamper_configs.php was encoded by the ionCube Encoder for PHP 5 and cannot run under PHP 5.5. Please ask the provider of the script to provide a version encoded with the ionCube Encoder for either PHP 5.3 or PHP 5.4 or PHP 5.5. in Unknown on line 0”
Prior to both activation attempts of the plugin, I ran the minimum requirements tester and the website passed.
I am currently running PHP 5.5.9-1ubuntu4.5 and would like a version of this plugin that works with that as I don’t want to have to move servers yet again.
Would it be possible to get an older version of the plugin? I don’t seem to be making any progress with getting the hosting company to update ionCube Loader at this point.
