Hi everybody,
As I promised you this is some information about the test on Paypal Sandbox.
Finally the French Paypal technical support replied to my question “How to parameter Sandbox to accept direct payments”.
In fact for the vendor the parameter “Payment review” should be put as disable and it solves the problem.
Now everything works fine, no payment procedure interruption.

You are right, when I went to the transaction detail I see that the buyer has to approve or not the payment. It is not automatic.
I tried to see how to give an automatic authorization, like prepayment acceptance without success. Then it cannot work for sure.
I cannot join the Paypal client service, I left a message since Sunday evening, no reply for the time being.
You say “This is why I suggested you do a live transaction for a test product priced at $1 or something” but I would like to use the Paypal Sandbox option to simulate everything if possible. I will let you know how I go.
Additional information:
I checked all the Estore parameters, it seems to be fine.
I went to Paypal Sandbox test e-mails and I see that all the transactions made are still in “Waiting for payment verification. Don’t make any shipment”.
Then no link is generated for the download transfer and the transaction doesn’t go to the normal end ([wp_eStore_transaction_result:end] not resolved), a red message saying “Thank you for your purchase. Your products ordered will be sent when your payment will be verified” or in French “Merci pour votre achat. Les produits commandés seront envoyés une fois que votre paiement aura été vérifié”.
I don’t see in the plugin any possibility to bypass the payment verification neither in Paypal Sandbox.
Is there any possibility I haven’t see ?

Thank you but after many investigations in forums I still have difficulties to implement the French Paypal Sandbox and still waiting the French Paypal contact (may be tomorrow 26th).
I progress a little bit and I finally found in Paypal Sandbox how to parameter the famous PDT and now I go automatically to the right “Thank you” page to download the file at the end of the Paypal payment.
But I still have problems with the different e-mails to confirm the transaction and to give to the vendor the Buyers details.
For example the buyer receive an e-mail saying that he will receive the product as soon as his payment will be verified.
I didn’t find anything for the vendor in the Estore pages, etc….
In addition I still receive in my main e-mail the “Warning” message saying :
“This is a notification email from the eStore plugin letting you know that a payment verification failed.
Please fully read this email as it will explain everything you need to know to address any issue(s) that maybe occuring (if there are any)!

1. The fund for the payment have not cleared in PayPal yet (no need to do anything as the digital product will be delivered once the fund clears).
2. Someone maybe trying to scam a purchase! (no worries… WP eStore got your back
3. You have made a mistake somewhere (please see the failure reason section below to find out more details about this).
The following section has more details on why this failure occurred.

CONCLUSION: For the time being I still have to check all the parameters on Estore and on Paypal before saying it works or not using Paypal Sandbox.

If you have received a pending payment meaning the funds have not cleared for this payment and you don’t know the reason then this link should help

Finally all the payments done are in pending payments for verification, probably as you say because of the sandbox parameters. I cannot go to the normal end of the procedure sending the client message including the link for downloading the product.
3. Good idea to go with a 0.01€ payment, but I would like to be able to run with a normal virtual payment.
Some help for parametrize the the Paypal sandbox procedure will be welcome.

I am referring to the join us button and checkout button.
In a meantime I did some of them.
Yes I put French language in the language option, I will also check the translation because some of them are not so good.
I am continuing testing the product and I feel some difficulties to use the Paypall sandbox option. I will see and I will let you know if I don’t find the solution neither in the forum.

Just a question: How to be informed of the replies via our e-mail address ?
I got the same message (warning ?) but It is difficult to check the all process because I am using the SandBox Paypal procedure meaning that the e-mails are wrong and they prevent me to check if everything goes right.
Please could you tell me how to test using SandBox Paypal option and if the warning message is link to this option.
