I also have checked and there are NO conflicting plugins on my wordpress site. Is there something to add to the functions.php files or some other thing to do to make the video play? As you can see I’m really really sadly trying everything possible.

Hi..ok I tried your code – and please keep in mind I can only do raw HTML – and the pop up comes up – BUT does not play the video.

I am the owner of the Vimeo video. I have set the privacy setting to anyone can embed the video. Here is the video link – [https://vimeo.com/94753319]

Here is the embed code I have used and only have “prettyPhoto” option enabled. I also checked the “autoplay” option.
