I’m sorry that I am only now responding to your reply. I had some trouble finding my post as I’m still trying to figure out how to navigate this website with my screen reader. I also was waiting to hear from you but I realized that I didn’t sign up to receive the RSS feed from this post. I will do what you have suggested and get back to you.
However, now I have a new problem as of Thursday July 3. the incripted links are terminating before the download completes or there is an error message. Here is the error message.
“The secure download manager ran into a problem that it couldn’t handle, and is unable to process your download request.”
My download files are all hosted on my website. I’m not sure what to do. Please.
