sorry yes this was me trying to modify the page, its back to how it was before. But still not really what i want, theres to much white space on one side, which is why i was hopeing to move things side by side

after 19hrs of straight working on it, ive finely cracked it, and it was actually a kind of odd fix.
I didn’t want the thank you box to show my download link so i left it un-ticked. However I ticked the box and boom it works.
I havent put the short code in as I want the email to have the download link. But yes just incase anyone else has the issue, tick the box and it starts working lol. (maybe good idea if the developer puts a warning on that box saying it needs ticked for the download to work, not even sure why this caused a issue but hey lets not complain its working

also checking the database (phpmyadmin), under wps-orders there is nothing there, however under wps order items, i can see all the orders placed?
Under wps orders it says mysql returned an empty result set?

ok confirmed everything as instructed, and run another test, now the customer still doesnt get an email, or the order shows on the order list, but we do get a email saying an order was placed? its very odd lol
Ive let the debuggin on encase you need to check it?

thanks for getting back really appreciate it, Ive actually fixed it, for some reason changing the page names to match the shop would cause the error.
The fix was to change the names, then re-generate the pages using the plugin, seems to work ok now.
I am having another issue with emails not being sent to customers with the download link attached, but i know this has been brought up before, so before i post help, ill search the forum
