I don’t think so, max_execution_time is set to 2400

My hosting company are asking:

“…Can you please talk to the hosting provider and see if you can get them to allow more power/resources to this site so it can handle the processing of the bigger files?”

Do you think you could find out what in particular they suggest should be increased? At 8gb, there’s more than enough RAM.

Sorry, the page says the limit is 4gb (not 4mb)

Just to be sure, I’ve tested this myself (as I just took the customers word for it), I uploaded 1 image, which worked, I tried again but the upload stopped around 20%, eventually, I closed the browser and restarted it and logged back in.

A 2nd test uploaded 1 image fine.

I then tried to upload 2 images, the 2nd failed.

When uploading the images, the page does say there is a 4mb limit. Does that help?

This problem happens even if only 1 photo over 5mb is uploaded.

I’ve got an update, a pattern has emerged, this seems to be happening on photos over 5mb.
