I’m having a developer look into adding this feature to my plugin for me for a reasonable fee. If I have this developed and provide you with the developer’s code so you can add it to the plugin’s features, will you reimburse me for the work?

mikecMemberAnd it’s fixed, email notification came in instantly once that option was activated in my profile. There was no issue with Google at all.
mikecMemberI just went to my profile to change my email to my gmail.com address and then I see this setting:
Favorite Notification
If you want to get an email when there is a new post to a topic in your favorites.
And there’s a check box to activate it, and it wasn’t checked.
I wish you had mentioned this to me before, I bet that will fix the problem…
mikecMemberHi Admin, thank you, I was not aware of the support@ email address. I’ve just added that email address to my contacts as well as the advanced settings in G Suite.. Please reply once more so that I can see if the email notification comes in. Although, they said it can take 24-48 hours so I’m not sure…
mikecMemberI chatted with Google again about this. He told me it can take 24-48 hours for changes made in the admin console to take effect. In the meantime, he had me add x@tipsandtricks-hq.com and tipsan5@elite2454.inmotionhosting.com to my contacts.
They told me to advise you to set up your domain’s DKIM records so that your emails are authenticated on your end. That was the content of the message header you sent to me, that your mail was not authenticated because of DKIM.
Do the forum notifications come from one of those two email addresses above?

Nothing came in As far as the forum goes, all I needed to do to get the email notifications of new replies was to add the topic to my favorites, correct? I’ll have to check with Google support again about this.
I also have a personal email address. Is it possible to change my email address to that here on the forum? Seems like it would be easier if the email notifications work with personal gmail instead of hosted domain gmail.
mikecMemberOk, I chatted with GSuite support and the guy had me add some things with your IP address and email(s) So please reply again and I will see if I get the email notification this time

mikecMemberI use Google GSuite for business for email. I can say for certain that I have not received any emails about forum post notifications in any of my email boxes, including spam. Nothing came up. Are you saying that Google is preventing your email from reaching my inbox? I’ve never experienced that before.
mikecMemberYes, I did that when I made the post, but it did not seem to trigger an email notification of your reply. I checked my spam folder too.
