W.r.t loading videos, all of them were encoded using handbrake w/ web optimized turned on. I thought they all loaded quite fast.

Ok, thanks. I’m using Flowplayer. I’ve changed the styling for lightbox so it looks similar to the prettyPhoto dialog.
