    Hello,

Thank you very much for your reply.

Perhaps I am being a little dull here but as I understand it, Options A through C are Mass Payout options so I am unable to select just one Affiliate to receive a payment.

If I run the reports, I get a list of all the Affiliates that require a payment based on the criteria that I have set.

Now, I know I can choose which affiliates to pay (and of course, I can choose how much to pay too) but if I select the ‘Mark as Paid’ button, it will mark as paid ‘all’ affiliates who are due a payment (whether they were actually paid or not) and it will mark those affiliate as having been paid the total of what is due (whether they were paid the total amount due or not).

This is not what I need.

What I would like to do is to select just one affilate and choose how much I pay them and for that payment to then be reflected correctly in the affiliate accounts. I can choose that one Affiliate easily using Option D but – for the moment at least – I have no way of choosing what I pay them. It is either the full balance on their account or nothing.

I have worked out that I can enter a ‘psuedo’ payment by entering a negative amount in the ‘Manual Commission Award’ date entry box but that does not show as a payment in the ‘Payment History’ page of the affiliate account area (and I didn’t think it would either) only as a negative item in the ‘Sales’ page (but even then, it has no narrative shown with it).

So, back to the question: Is there a way that I can choose the amount paid to an affiliate under Option D and have that amount reflected correctly in the accounts?

    Many thanks,

    Best regards,

    Peter.

I either pay them alland that I can choose to use those option for just one Affiliate.

But as far as I can see, it again an ‘all or nothing’ option. . But I only want to make one payout to one Affiliate and I would like to choose
