Since posting this query I have added the the Instant Digital Delivery Feature and just want to be sure that it works OK. “Automatic Post Payment processing” and “Enable Transaction Result display” are both checked and the TY page is up here (http://www.asherahart.net/wordpress/?page_id=3589) and I have the “Use WP mailing system” checked.
I also need to be able to change the shipping rates for a CD versus a DVD. How can I do that?
Also the image display isn’t great and changing the formatting doesn’t work magic i.e. in the settings options. Enable Smart Thumbnail option as it only displays part of the image and not all of it, ie. it crops off the top and bottom!??
Can’t work out where the error messages are located tho’ within the plugin? The “Enable Debug” box is checked.
sorry it’s a lot of questions, hope you’re able to answer them but if not enough time the main issue is the download not working. If that can be resolved, I can at least get some sleep! The US have been waiting on me for the past 8 hours!
Thanks so much

September 10, 2010 at 7:57 pm in reply to: Download link in email not the same as digital content details #24133learningcurveMemberHi again, Amin007 said the following:
“the download directory comes with a .htaccess, .htpasswd and an empty “index.php” file by default”.
However, I have checked my download directory and it has the following files:-
mp3, ebook.zip, index.html, myscript.zip and Readme.txt. There is no .htaccess or .htpasswd??
Ivy says: “Some servers have issues with the “.htaccess and .htpasswd files”. In this case you will need to fix your server config
If this is the issue how do I do that?
thanks so much
September 10, 2010 at 7:46 pm in reply to: Download link in email not the same as digital content details #24132learningcurveMemberJust so you know I have checked that the links work by putting them into my browser and the downloads start automatically. There are also no spaces in the file names but where you have recommended this:
. Please delete the following two files “.htaccess”, “.htpasswd ” from the downloads directory of the eStore plugin and try the download again.
There are neither of these two files in the downloads directory to delete and am wondering if that’s because the files should have been uploaded into the downloads folder but from looking at the tutorial it shows it’s possible to put any url in so I really don’t understand what I’m doing wrong. Could someone please get back to me asap!!! Am going to post to the other forums as this doesn’t seem to be getting looked at.
Thanks so much

http://www.asherahart.net/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/wp-cart-for-digital-products/
is this the problem?
I do definitely want encrypted url’s to protect my downloads
thanks so much
