I contacted my host, and they modified the security, and it’s good now. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

If I did it wasn’t intentional. I have the plugins Akismet, captcha, footer pooter, form maker pro, hello dolly, jetpack, and wp estore. Unless one of those changed my security rules then I guess my host set that up.
