Oh, my life… Yes, that was it. I had created a conflict when I was first setting up by having both the shop page and the folder for storing products called “shop.” When I figured out the conflict, I changed the name of the product folder aaaaand promptly forgot to change the product URL inside eStore.
I ran my tests again with the plugins turned off and with them turned back on again. Everything went through correctly: payment, Thank You page, all confirmation emails, and download links. Problem completely solved. I’m not sure whether to be pleased or embarrassed that it was such a simple fix.
Thank you very much for the help! (Let me just say that this is some of the most efficient technical support I’ve ever dealt with. Your response times are wonderful. I’m very glad I went with your company for my shop.)

I then turned off all my extraneous plugins (leaving WordPress SEO, eStore, PDF Stamper, and WP Super Cache on) and attempted the purchase again. On the buyer end, I’m still receiving this error in place of the Thank You page:
Error! Message: Cannot open /var/www/html/jo/joycesully.com/shop/lightning/pdfwithcover.pdf ! Error Code: 1
In eStore, the debug file shows this:

Also, is it possible there is any kind of setting I need to activate or change within my host itself? I ask because I ran into that issue previously and discovered there was an easy option to switch things on in my host. (This was turning IonCube on for the PDF stamper.)
My host is Tiger Technologies and I know for sure that at least one other person is using the combination of TigerTech and eStore for their shop, because they are the one who recommended both services. So surely it isn’t impossible, but perhaps there is something I need to do there?

And yeah, I’ve been through the Thank You page tutorial several times. PayPal probably thinks I’m kind of neurotic about checking my account settings, considering how many times I’ve gone back and made absolutely sure they match what the tutorial says.
The shop page is: [http://www.joycesully.com/shop/]
The cart/checkout page is: [http://www.joycesully.com/checkout/]
Thank you for your assistance.
