Hi, yes I did that with a small photo and the link worked for both full size and half size. Now how do I do the same with large photos, because I need to be able to sell high quality full sized images (around 6MB files)?

January 26, 2016 at 6:09 am in reply to: Lower digital resolution link upon purchase doesn't work #72391jpbgibbonsMemberAm struggling here. I changed the theme to a WordPress version available (Twenty Fifteen) out of the few available – there didn’t seem to be any WordPress Default one as such.
This didn’t make any difference – the link still didn’t work.
I then looked through the other plugins – there are only a few installed, and couldn’t see that any of those had known conflicting issues.
I have installed the “Theme Check” plugin, but have no idea how to actually run it and see if it comes up with any conflicting themes!?

I’ve checked my server error log and there are no errors logged at all.
I spoke with GoDaddy and they said that the problem appears to be that the link being generated by the WP Photo Seller plugin is not a valid link, hence the Server Error 500
Can you please advise further?
