Enabling IPN in Paypal and taking ‘public_html’ out of the URL works! Customer now receives link e-mail.

i have 2 plug-ins:
1.exclude pages from navigation
2.wp emember
not sure about the firewall.

after enabling ipn in paypal, the debug file looks like this:

do you know what to do about that failure?
