Right. So I cannot bundle products in a variation?
December 30, 2013 at 8:39 am in reply to: eStore – Amazon S3 problems and multiple file download #44081jeremyers1MemberAnother genius solution from Wp eStore! I will try to implement this now.
jeremyers1MemberWhat if I wanted to “Bundle” Variations?
I asked the question here ( http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/ecommerce/how-to-use-variation-control-in-wordpress-estore-plugin-345 ), but maybe this forum is the better place to ask my question.
I created 9 products, with product ID 1-9.
I then created Product 10, and in the variations section, put this:
Package|A::1.99::1,2,3|B::2.99::4,5,6|C:.99::7,8,9
This doesn’t seem to work. Should it work?
EDIT: I did a bit more searching, and found this:
I think that might do what I was looking for… though I am not sure I understand the APRTP either, but will read some of the links that were provided.
jeremyers1MemberI am having the same problem mentioned by CharlotteC.
I don’t know if I am using the Ajax feature (how can I tell?) and yes, I am using the advanced variations UI addon.
One example page is here: [http://www.tillhecomes.org/books-jeremy-myers/get-all-books/]
I “fixed” it for now by turning off the Variations UI addon, but would really like to be able to use that plugin.
jeremyers1Membermwsmedia,
Did you ever figure out the best way to proceed on this? I have the same problem I am trying to wrap my head around.
My difficulty is that I want to charge shipping for the paperback and hardback editions of the books, but no shipping for the digital editions.
