I called CCBill and was able to resolve the redirect problem. Everything works properly now. Thanks again for your help!

Thank you! Yes, I had not used step 5 (doh! seems I got everything but that) That worked. Now when I complete a transaction I do get the email with the d/l link and the competed sales email also goes out.
However the site is not redirecting the customer to my thank you page after a successful transaction. Its staying stagnate on the CCbill conformation page. Did I miss something else?
