I would like the affiliate platform to grant access to members onto a subdomain once they have signed up. I have the main product a multisite WP blog, someone purchases access to that at [www.mysite.com]

I would like to also have extra products on sub1.mysite.com and sub2.mysite.com with wpaffiliate controlling access to the subdomains with out having the users to signin on the subdomains, hope that makes sense.
