Because GiveWP is dedicated for donations it gives us more options such as the option for a donor to select if they want to make a one-time or monthly donation, select an amount or input a custom amount, run campaigns with target amounts, let users comment etc. We’re not using everything yet but planning to do so in the future.
And a large amount of donations are made with credit card and we found PayPal less convenient for credit card payments.
Is there a way to solve this problem?

One thing I forgot to check before buying was the currencies supported. I now just noticed that THB and CHF are not supported. Is it possible to add these two currencies?
And after reading your reply one more time, just to be sure, If I let a customer add a subscription to the card with a different currency, he can successfully checkout using Stripe right?

May 13, 2020 at 1:14 am in reply to: eStore – different buttons for different payment methods #80570jaspairMemberWhen I tested with a sandbox PayPal business account I had the option of paying by creditcard but I was still required to enter a password for a new PayPal account. Maybe this is different with the live version.
Thank you both so much for explaining my options!

We are a dog rescue center and want people to be able to sponsor a dog. Once they sponsor the dog they get access to extra content. Every dog can only be sponsored by one person.
So to do this I setup a membership level for every dog. We want to give people the choice to pay by PayPal or by creditcard. So the idea is to also create an eStore product for every dog, set the quantity to one, create a page with the info of the dog and put two buttons there. One to pay with PayPal and one to pay by creditcard.
If I would create two different eStore products, one for PayPal and one for creditcard both with quantity of one, the same dog can in theory be sponsored twice right? Or is there a better way to do this?
