Sorry, I’m back again; this time with two questions I need your input on:
1. Does the Gravity Forms/PayPal have to link directly to the page where the form is? I assume so, so that the affiliate ID is passed to PayPal and then back again?
2. And therefore does this mean that the cookie setting for WP Affiliate is in this case not relevant? Ie if a visitor goes to the Gravity Form a few days later, the affiliate ID will not be tracked because it is no longer in the actual URL. Is that right?
Thanks for your help
hatmanduMemberOK, ignore the above – have now tested it and see that ticking the box really is all that’s needed. Nice!
Also, re my other question, I see that different percentages can only be set if you are using eStore.
hatmanduMemberYes, I want to integrate with the Gravity Forms PayPal addon – but is ticking that box in the WP Affiliate settings really ALL I need to do? Do I not have to edit my Gravity Forms themselves at all? (As in the ‘lead capture’ instructions.) There’s nothing on your PayPal addon integration page that mentions the actual forms.
Also, I have several different Gravity Forms integrated with the PayPal addon – does ticking that setting mean that they will all work with WP Affiliate?
One extra question: is it possible to set a different percentage of commission with different forms, or can different percentages only be applied to the affiliates themselves?
Thank you.
