I’ve just tested this on a new site and it works. I’ll remove the old plugins etc and rebuild on the old site. Hopefully I can avoid too much messing about! Thanks for the update.

Still nothing showing for me I’m afraid.

I have the latest version (1.9.7) of NextGen Gallery, the plugin you listed above and the up to date eStore plugin. I’m using the following shortcode:
