Hi Admin,
Thanks for the response. I am working with my host to get you the access to test that functionality, and will get back to your shortly with the instructions for access. I will respond to the e-mail you sent me, not post the details of this forum.
Thanks,
Ganaxi

Yes, the [s2File] shortcode is part of the core s2Member plugin.

Thanks for the message, and sorry to not respond earlier. I did not get an e-mail saying that the ticket had been updated.
Yes, that would be great! if you could develop a download now shortcode that I can use in my members area, as you said.
This is the way it is configured currently. Users purchase a membership using s2member – upon login, every time, they are directed to a login welcome page for their category/level – that page contains the link or shortcode.
The link configuration is:
[redacted]
Thanks again for your help.

Thanks for your response. You are right, the integration with s2 is not mentioned on your sales page, so I knew it was not out of the box. However, since the forums were unsearchable before buying the software, and registering, I was hoping that in the forum someone may have discussed or your tech support may have an outlined or given references to how this could be accomplished (not out-of-the-box, as it was not advertised, but maybe with some light coding).
Absent the integration, I am forced to send them a file that I can stamp with the manual stamping option in your software. However, this is not at all ideal, as I would like their access to the file to be immediate, as most people would expect when they buy something. My preferred option, if some level of integration is possible, is to have a pdf that downloads in their membership area, but with the stamp of their name, etc. on the PDF so that they are deterred from sharing it online.
Hope that helps, and any help or direction (even general) is most helpful.
Best regards,
Ganaxi
