I made a completely new PDF file – WITHOUT ANY security or other options (see also ‘Error-Checklist 2 and 3 on:

Stamping Error Checklist – an error occurred while trying to stamp the file

Your uploaded file seems to be encrypted and not writable by the stamper.

Thank you for responding so quickly.

Yes, I had enabled “PDF File Encryption” before stamping. But then I got a blank page, no error, no stamped file. Following your checklist I also tried “Stamping Method 2”, also stamped with your example, but no success.

With the option “PDF File Encryption” UNchecked stamping of all the different files went fine.

I needed some time to figure it out, but finally I was able to solve the problem as follows:

1. Removed W3 Total Cache and made my own .htaccess.
2. Made a new PDF file using a better PDF maker (“Nuance PDF Creator”) – with the option “Embed Metadata” UNchecked.

As a result encryption was working, manual stamping went well and my test order with my eBook – correctly stamped – was ok as well.

At last I could open my eStore [http://www.natuerlich-schwanger-werden.de]
