Hi again, yes I’m using the addon. Sorry if that wasn’t clear from my initial posts.

I’m not familiar with PHP so that sounds like something outside of my capability unfortunately, unless there are any tips for how to edit it and what to change?

Also I requested new downloads for the other plugins I own. How long does it normally take for me to receive those please?

Sorry to labour the point, but I bought WP eMember for the sole purpose of using the WP eStore Members Only Download Button Plugin.

The intention was to have a single button, which is displayed as a Buy Button, or a Download Button, conditional upon whether the Member is logged in and has access to the particular product in the eStore.

The concept is perfect for what I wanted, but the available shortcodes produce Fancy Displays with images, descriptions, pricing etc, which I don’t want.

I just want the button part.

I do understand the concept of creating a protected section with a separate Download Now Button and protecting it with eMember, but I could achieve that with a different Membership plugin I already own, i.e. without the need to have purchased WP eMember.

Hi, I did try those instructions but I’m using wp eStore in conjunction with wp eMember. I wanted to automatically show a Buy Button for a product to non-members and a Download Button to Members.

I can’t work out how to do that without the fancy display. I only need the button element, not the rest of the fancy display that comes with it.

Or, alternatively, can I use a Download Button, but have it only work for Members of a certain level?

If so I could put this alongside or under the normal Buy Button for the product.
