Yes, it looks like what we need is something similar to “Pay Per Lead” only that the “lead” needs to register as a free member and not just submit a form.

Once the free member is approved by the admin., then the affiliate receives a commission for the lead / member they referred.

We will check into WP eMember, however, if there’s an existing free plugin that we can intergate and use to accomplish the same thing, please let us know.
