I have the same issue, i do not see an upload button on the edit profile page and I have enabled it from

WP eMember Settings -> Pages/Forms Settings -> Edit Profile Form Fields.

I don’t get it. I am using the latest version of the plugin 8.6.9 but still I am not able to set the profile image upload button!
