The only thing I managed to do by testing, is changing the order between “Manual” and “PayPal” or other payment methods (only the methods in the eStore plugin, not the Payment Gateway Bundle).

By editing the “eStore_cart.php” file, going in the section “ESTORE_PAYMENT_METHOD”, and reversing the methods (for exemple: place the “ESTORE_MANUAL” section over the “ESTORE_PAYPAL” section).

But I didn’t manage to place the Payment Gateway Bundle methods over the eStore plugin methods.
