zipped folders not downloading

Hi

I have a number of products as zipped single files that download ok, however some zipped folders containing multiple files are not downloading correctly. I have tried this in IE, FF & Chrome – same problem

I have tried a direct download from the url and it is fine. I do not have any cache software running.

The resulting download file size is 40k & it should be 6MB – so its not a zero file. but when attempting to open the file it is reported as corrupt.

Please try a different download method…

WP eStore –> Settings –> Addon Settings Download Manager Related –> Download Methods

Suggested methods are 2, 4 and 6.
