*.zip download issue (iPhone|iPad) in safari browser

Hi

Every time when a customer buys our product and proceeds to download the product in *.zip file format on an iPhone or iPad using safari web browser.

The customers are unable to download the product, With iPhone’s & iPad’s been used all the time this presents a huge problem for us, We are trying to solve.

Only the apple products with the download links are affected as using any other browser on pc or device works perfectly.

My question is this a bug with wp-estore if so how do we solve this, Because at present when they buy the product then click the encrypted link to download it nothing happens then they try the link 2 more times and the link has expired as we only allow 3 attemps per link.

The “bug” is with Apple, but they call it a “feature”:

Hi Thanks you for your reply, Yes we finally figured they need to install an app thank you again you may close this.
