I’ve followed the instruction, but the video is not playing in the pop-up.

I’m not able to change my theme, so if its a conflict causing this problem, what are the other options available?

• YouTube says “CONTENT WARNING — This video is private.” Change the video permissions in YouTube.
• If you really want to secure the video source, host it on Amazon S3 instead.

YouTube doesn’t let you embed PRIVATE videos like you normally embed a normal YouTube video. If you want to embed YouTube video then you need to make that video public then the plugin will be able to embed it.

I’ve now made the video public and its still not working. Please advise.

I believe it’s conflicting with one of the lightbox scripts included by WooCommerce (prettyPhoto). Can you please disable WooCommerce lightbox temporarily and see how it goes?
