Hi,

I have this installed on a WordPress site using digital access pass for some reason after 10 minutes or so when i refresh my page i get this error You must be logged into the site to download the file… s However it works and stamps fine before that time limit…

Now i know its not an issue with dap because it stamps the files fine… cause i have it sync users also to the default WordPress user list…

I am also on ssl if that makes any difference i cant for the life of me work it out…

I think you are using the following feature to embed a PDF file download for a logged in WP user:

If the user’s login is dropping (after 10 minutes or so) then you would get that error. That shortcode will only show the download button if the user is still logged in.

So when you get that message check other parts of the site to see if you are still logged in as a user or not. For example, can you access ‘wp-admin’ at that time? If you can’t that means you are no longer logged in. You can then investigate why.
