Wrong shipping amount passed on to PayPal cart

All of my products have the shipping entered individually in the products “Item Shipping Cost” field. This works fine and all products in the cart show the correct amount. However when the cart is submitted to PayPal the total shipping changes. It appears to only want to charge for the item that has the most expensive shipping. But sometimes it erases all shipping charges or charges correctly.

I went to my paypal settings and made sure there was no shipping charges in the merchant shipping calculator and i dont see any other shipping settings. Any idea why this is happening would be great?

Seems like PayPal is overriding the shipping for some reason.

Can you check your PayPal profile to see if the shipping override is enabled? It is likely you don’t have the shipping override option enabled in your PayPal account.
