Hi, I have trouble with Paypal redirecting back to my thank you page. Error-message comes up. I have tried to follow these good instructions:

    https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/what-to-do-if-the-debug-file-is-empty

Problem is that I seemed to have a writing permission problem, however in the eStore Admin functions, I see that it sais: “Debug File Write Permissions: Writable”

And if it didn’t, I wouldn’t know how to give it permissions either…

So what do I do now?

I use the 6.9.1 version of eStore. I tried to set up the webpage with the template Rover, but a lot of problems so my temporary site is with a basic at [http://swedish2go.com/members/]

    Thanks! /Åsa Bouck

I just checked your site now and as of now you do not have any debug file writing permission issue. So don’t worry about the permission thing now.

What error message comes up when you are about to get redirected back to your “Thank You” page?

Have you completed the thank you page transaction result display setup?

I’m not getting any errors on redirection to the Thank You page. In fact, the download link shows up on the page, which is great. The problem is that the link simply takes you to a 404 page.

You may not be checking the permissions on the correct site. I’ve purchased eStore licenses for three clients. The first one works great. I was in the process of getting the other two set up when I ran into this issue with a 4th client that I had referred to your product. (He purchased it himself, on my recommendation, and combined it with your Affiliate Program software, which I need to install next.)

Can I email you the url of the site I’m having issues on (and send you proof of purchase for the license)?

@Linda, your question was answered on the other post that you made on this same topic:
