Hello,
I am following the Quick Setup Video instructions, but when I go to enter the button code and/or shopping cart on my product page, the WPeStore Shortcut Button does not show up in the Visual tab when I am editing the page. Any idea why this may be happening and how I can correct it? I’d prefer to use this button to insert code if possible.
I am referring to the instructions beginning at 13:50 in this video:

You are talking about the tinyMCE button in the editor right? Does it appear in the HTML view?
Just letting you know that all the shortcodes are also listed in the following page. You can just copy and paste them:

No, it’s not showing up in the VISUAL or the HTML view unfortunately.
For now, I’ll access the shortcodes from the list. It would be nice to use the shortcut button if it’s something we can troubleshoot.

I have a feeling that there is another plugin which is doing something funny with the TinyMCE buttons. Can you do this test please:
