Dear Support!
I’ve just installed the eStore on [www.ideatim.hu] where I use a Theme Junkie theme with slider on the home page. As I swich on the eStore plugin it kills the Featured News Slider on the home page.
Could you please suggest me something?
Thanks sor your help.
Best regards,
Mihaly

Troubleshooting JQuery conflicts are a little troublesome unless you have access to the site. I have sent you an email to organize site access.
November 27, 2010 at 5:44 pm #25854the_FiddlerMemberHi, I’m having this same problem. Its just an image slider, and the theme is by a different developer/company. I’m almost certain its a jQuery conflict, but know very little about java. I’ve contacted the theme’s dev over and over, but so far the only thing they’ve told me to try has not worked. So I’m turning to you. I’m happy to give you login credentials or whatever you need. Fixing the slider is one of the final things I need to do to prepare this site for launch. Thanks.

– Enable Lightbox effect on Images
– Enable Fancy Redirection On Checkout
November 30, 2010 at 8:09 pm #25856the_FiddlerMemberThe Fancy Redirection was already disabled. But I also disabled the Lightbox effect, and that fixed it! Thanks so much.
December 28, 2010 at 11:14 pm #25857christoffMemberHi- thanks for the great plugin. I am having the same issue with my slider (Hackadelic). Whenever eStore is activated, the slider feature on another part of the site (and I hope to install it on the same page as the store) stops working. It commences with the slide mechanism, but doesn’t show any content.
I took your advice and made sure to uncheck:
– Enable Lightbox effect on Images
– Enable Fancy Redirection On Checkout
Nothing changed though. Any thoughts as to what else I can do?
Thanks for your help!

https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/update-request
Can you please post a link to the page?
January 22, 2011 at 9:40 pm #25859christoffMember[http://www.classicalchinesemedicine.org/opportunities-for-study/about-af/] Those red links halfway down the page are sliders. The problem is I can’t keep the store on for long, since it limits content I have stored in a paid members’ area in the same Hackadelic slider solution. I’ll leave it on for a bit today. FYI I haven’t placed any links to the eStore yet since I can’t use the plugin at the moment.
And yes, I have the most recent version.
Thanks!
January 23, 2011 at 4:38 am #25860amin007ParticipantCan you please open the “wp_eStore1.php” file and search for the following line:
wp_enqueue_script('jquery.lightbox',WP_ESTORE_LIB_URL.'/jquery.lightbox-0.5.pack.js');
Once you find it please delete the line and let me know if that makes a difference.
January 23, 2011 at 1:30 pm #25861christoffMemberNo that didn’t change anything. The plugin is listed as “(inactive)” anyhow in WP since I followed your earlier advice to turn off Lightbox effect in the eStore admin panel.
Hackadelic is using Ajax- does that help with anything?
Thanks for your help.
January 24, 2011 at 6:47 am #25862amin007ParticipantI have sent you an email to get site access so I can check this out.
January 25, 2011 at 7:21 am #25863christoffMemberThanks- Got your email and responded.
