We are in testing stage on our site [http://nqmedia.co.uk/?page_id=57] and we have developed a cart using your shortcodes that appears to the side of the page.
However when you click on any of the add to cart buttons it adds the item fine but seems to take us to the top of the page.
Is there any way you can simply click add to cart and remain on the page where you are? or is this just a quirk of the plugin?

You can enable ajax on the add to cart buttons to get the functionality you are after:
Alternatively, you can create a specific checkout page and then automatically redirect your customers there after they click the add to cart button:
