Hi Team,
My name is Calabe and I am a web developer for Tony Herman. Recently we purchased and used your plugin WP eMember in one of our website. We have configured the plugin and set up the membership levels to access the content on the website. It was working fine but suddenly it stopped working.
We see that when the user login with the membership level access they are not able to view the protected content. It is asking to login again and showing the login screen. We checked all the settings and looks like everything is correct. Please guide us to fix this issue on the website.
We are using the Version (9.0.3).

July 1, 2016 at 7:13 am #73562tonyMemberHi Team,
Thank you for your email.
1. [Team:] Does this happen to only some, or all, users; including the Admin?
[Webstix:] This issue happens to all the users including the admin level access.
2. [Team:] Are you using any kind of page caching?
[Webstix:] We have a CACHE plugin on the website but we are not using it and it is in deactivate mode.
3. [Team:] What was the last modification you made to your site?
[Webstix:] We reset the admin login credentials on the website and that is the latest modification that we did on the website. After the login screen it is asking to login again.
Hope this information will help you. Thanks for your help

Thank you for your email. We checked all the settings under the General protection and membership level and everything looks correct and still the members cannot able to view the content once they have logged in.
We have also tried by creating a new page and added the content protection but we end up with no luck. Please guide us to fix this issue on the website and let us know if you need any other information on this.
Best regards,
-Calabe

July 6, 2016 at 4:45 am #73566adminKeymasterThe test worked fine for me. I sent you email with screenshot.
I would like to check a couple more things. You have got a few things broken on your admin side that you need to fix so I can correctly navigate your site to do the troubleshooting.
I have no way to go to your plugins menu at the moment. You have got a plugin breaking your plugins page’s functionality completely. If i click plugins menu, it just takes me to the dashboard of a weird plugin?
