WPeMember – forgot password link works but page fades to white

Hello Support,

I am currently having an issue I haven’t found on the forums yet. When a user forgets their password they click the link below the login. The link successfully redirects to a page but the page quickly fades to white.

Not sure if this is an access issue or something, any help would be greatly appreciated.
