wpaffiliates – affiliates not receiving approval email (after manual approval)

I currently have manual approval process on and it works ok, but when I approve an affiliate the affiliate does not receive an email to say there account has been approved.

They are receiving all of the other signup and login emails emails but not the approval one.

When you are approving the affiliate (updating the account status to active), are you also checking the following checkbox?

Send Signup Email?

You can find that checkbox just above the save button (in the edit affiliate interface).
