MemberThe [wp_eStore_cart_fancy1] shortcode is not working for me. It is treated as text. I have tried entering it in both HTML and Visual mode. I have tried putting it into a text widget.
[wp_eStore_cart_fancy1_when_not_empty] exhibits same behavior as the fancy1 shortcode.
I have used the fancy add to cart shortcodes without any problem.
I purchased eStore in June 2010 and it shows as version 3.7.2.
I have to admit, I am a bit embarrassed because this is not my first outing with your fine product. At first I thought it might be a CSS clash as I am using the Thesis Theme. However, I get the same results with the default WordPress Theme.
I currently do not have any other plugins installed.
Any ideas on how I can proceed to rectify this?
Thanks in advance for your consideration and attention.

MemberThanks, I had a request in for an update. Now the shortcode is recognized.
I am getting closer. The shortcode now works, but I can’t see cart_empty.jpg. (roundhead guy). Do I need to reference that somewhere? It is in the ‘images folder.
Here is another shortcode update question which may be related to release versions.
[wp_eStore_fancy5 id=1] works just fine in the previous estore version (6/20/2010).
In the updated version I installed, it does not show an add to cart button or allow for input of the variations. It just shows the title for the variation.
In addition, your example of [wp_eStore_fancy5 id=1] on your demo page shows a Details button. Is that available as part of the shortcode?
How can I bring the Fancy 5 shortcode forward to work in the current version?
Original version Fancy 5 (working)

ParticipantThe fancy 5 shortcode comes from the extra shortcode plugin so please update that plugin from here and it will work fine:

In your eStore settings menu look for the “Text/Image to show when cart is empty” field. That’s where you can specify the image URL of an image that you want to show when the cart is empty.
