[wp_eStore_cart_fancy1] not showing items. It is installed in sidebar text widge

Question 1

I have installed [wp_eStore_cart_fancy1] in sidebar with a text widget. I used the shortcode that you see above. When I add items to cart they don’t show up.

When I use this shortcode instead, [wp_eStore_cart] everything works fine.

Question 2:

When I use the words Twinkie’s Jerky in the product name it displays in the regular shopping cart as, Twinkie/’s Jerky. It adds a backslash before the apostrophe. If I remove the apostrophe, Twinkies Jerky, it displays fine.

1. I just went to your site and tried adding a product and the cart appears to show the added item.

The problem is that you do not have a cart shortcode on the product page but you have one on the home page, and when you go to the home page you can see the added items in the fancy 1 cart. Some themes uses totally different sidebar for the “Home” page and other pages of the site (I think your theme is doing that). Simply add another text widget to the sidebar for your other pages and use the [wp_eStore_cart_fancy1] shortcode there.

2. The product name should display correctly even if you use an apostrophe in the name.

Which version of eStore are you using? Could you post the URL of a page where I an go and add an item to the cart that has an apostrophe?
