I have successfully entered the [wp_affiliate_view] shortcut code http://enetworks.com/affiliate-signup/ but when clicking on ‘Login/SignUp’ nothing append.
The widget works but it pointing to the external WP Affiliate URL.
You have another plugin installed on this site that is striping the special variables from the URL and causing this issue.
Do this test to identify the source:

Thanks for the swift reply. The issue was WordPress SEO by Joost plugin. Once i have disabled the plugin it works fine. One more question in the widget signing.. how do i change so that it wont go to the http://enetworks.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-affiliate-platform/affiliates/members_only.php link?
Thanks

You are most likely using the default login widget which uses the stand alone affiliate area by default. Use the following to add an affiliate login widget for the on page affiliate area.
Simply add a “Text Widget” to your sidebar and enter the following shortcode:
[wp_aff_login_onpage_version url="http://www.your-domain.com/affiliates-page"]
Change the value of the “url” parameter so it points to your affiliate page. You can use the above shortcode on any post or page too.
Now, regarding the WordPress SEO plgin causing an issue… that plugin should not cause any issue because I personally use that plugin myself. It is likely you have enabled some “non recommended” settings in that plugin which is causing this permalink issue. Did you modify the permalink options in the settings of that plugin? It is not recommended to mess around with the permalink settings unless you really know what you want. If you must change those permalink settings then use the stand alone affiliate area option and you won’t see this issue.
I did reset to default on the plugin and its working fine.
Thanks
