WP USER is already taken Is there a way to allow emembers to use the WP UN

Customers complain because they may already be WP users on my site and then can not use the same login info or UN to become a member. Is there a setting that I am missing to disable this situation?

You can import all your WP Users to emember from the following interface:

Members -> Import WP Users

Then in the settings you can enable these options (if you use the WP User database for your members):

Are you using another plugin or system that is creating WP User records on your site?
