WP Photoseller – problem with "Photo Details" tab on menu bar – cannot remove it

A “Photo details” tab is on my menu bar. If I remove it the Photo details page is no longer displayed from with a gallery. If I click on the tab the following is displayed…..

What kind of server are you using? A commercial hosting provider, or a local server?

Newbie here. I have the same problem. How can I remove (or hide) the “Photo Details” from the menu?

Do not delete the page. The plugin needs that page to function. You can hide the page from showing it in the menu.

From the wordpress admin panel, go to:

Appearance -> Menus

Then remove that page from your menu.

I am not able to do that because in “Appearance->Menu” the “Pages” section is grey and I can’t delete or edit anything.

Although it says “Edit your menu below, or create a new menu.”, I can check the little boxes but I am not able to edit.

On the top there’s also a box/button saying “Manage in Customizer”, but there i don’t even see a menu to edit, only a button “+ Add a Menu” and Menu Locations.

You may need to select the menu name because you might have more than 1 menu.

That appearance menu is purely wordpress functionality and not controlled by the photo seller.

It could be that your theme has modified the way the appearance menu works.

I have a slightly different problem. My price lists appear on the Photo Details page for any image selected from a gallery. Works great. A Photo Details tab also appears in the nav bar along with all the other nav tabs. But when the Photo Details nav bar tab is clicked, it opens a blank Photo Details Page. But when I remove the Photo Details Page from the menu within WordPress, I get a 404 error when selecting an image from a gallery.

I need the Photo Details to function for each image within the galleries, but I don’t need the useless Photo Details nav bar tab.

Have you tried going to the Appearance -> Menus page and removing the details page from the menu?

Yes, I tried that, but got the same result. But it got me to think about creating a new menu and using it instead of the one auto created by WP Photo Seller. That seems to be the ticket. Thanks for your reply.
