what Is the source of the problem?
December 30, 2016 at 12:36 am #74849PeterMemberCan you try doing a plugin/theme conflict test to see if something else might be causing a problem?

Let us know what the results of the tests are.
December 30, 2016 at 4:15 am #74850acreativecolleagueMemberI am looking into the articles, checking my theme and plugins.
At this point wp photoseller is not saving ANY changes to the plugin in any of the tabs in settings.
I probably start with a deactivate and reactivate. I did update my theme to WP 4.7. could this be an issue?
December 31, 2016 at 1:06 am #74851PeterMemberAnother thing to check is whether the plugin created all of the necessary tables when you installed it?
Log into your site using PHPMyAdmin and check for tables which look like the following:
<prefix>_wps_album
<prefix>_wps_cart_data
<prefix>_wps_cart_settings
<prefix>_wps_downloads
……
etc
where <prefix> is your wordpress DB prefix.
If you don’t see those tables try deactivating and reactivating the plugin.
Also please check your server PHP error log file. That should show some useful logs which are related to this issue.
December 31, 2016 at 3:58 pm #74852ianbarberMemberI have just purchased this product and find that the settings are NOT been saved.
The following tables are not been created in the database.
I have deactivated all plugins and also tried to reinstall wp photoseller
<prefix>_wps_album
<prefix>_wps_cart_data
<prefix>_wps_cart_settings
<prefix>_wps_downloads
Please help.

January 20, 2017 at 9:17 pm #74854AlPereiraMemberMy website [www.aponr.com] is running WordPress 4.7.1 and the TwentyFourteen theme. We have installed and uploaded a ton of pics to the WP Photo Seller. However, when trying to configure the settings, I cannot “Save” anything. The Save button is showing but it doesn’t appear to be active On the public side, I can choose a photo and get to my cart where the program fails and an error message shows up that says “You must configure your payment settings.”
Can you help?
January 21, 2017 at 2:43 am #74855PeterMemberIf you were able to save galleries and gallery-related settings, then maybe the reason why you can’t save the general gallery settings could be related to a javascript or other conflict issue possibly caused by your theme or another plugin.
Can you do some plugin/theme conflict tests and try saving the gallery settings and see if the problem goes away?

January 21, 2017 at 3:43 pm #74856AlPereiraMemberHi Peter, I have removed all plugins except those that aren’t in conflict according to your list. I also changed the theme to one that according to the theme check plugin found no problems with. Lastly, according to theme check, my theme is 100% compliant with no issues. Still no save.
Should I give up on this plugin or do you have other suggestions?
January 22, 2017 at 1:43 am #74857PeterMemberI will get in touch with you so I can take a closer look.
January 22, 2017 at 3:52 am #74858AlPereiraMemberOkay Peter, I’ll look forward to your reply ASAP.
January 23, 2017 at 1:32 am #74859AlPereiraMemberThe problem was (is) a plugin conflict. The plugin in question is WP Smush v2.5.3. I would like to publicly thank Peter for his tireless effort to get this working for us. A tip of the hat to you!
