I have this customer who made a purchase. She was sent the download links but failed to use them within 72 hours. She emailed asking for another link so I generated them in admin functions. She then emails again saying that the links wouldn’t save on her Ipad and wants me to generate links again. I don’t have the time to keep generating several new links. Is there a way to Batch this or refresh the links I already sent?
On another note; I created coupons that I’m assuming were used however even though I put “1” use in the settings they are not showing as being used. Is there some reason for this?
It would be helpful to see that a customer actually downloaded a photo. I can’t tell this girl that she’s lying without proof.
That is more like an user issue. You can increase the expiry value to a bigger value (for example use 5 days if that helps).
You mean the redemption count value of that coupon is 0 even after it has been used once?
For the coupon code, I have the same problem here. I tried it myself and either if I use it and receive my order, in the coupon page, the redemption count is 0 and the redemption limit was 1 !
How to fix that ?
We are currently in the process of fixing a bug in the coupon code functionality. We are due to release an update either tomorrow or day after.
