WP Photoseller – automatic email system don't work.

Hello –

I have two problems.

First, I’m testing my WP PhotoSeller in PayPal Standard Checkout and everything is working fine regarding the transaction, however I’m not receiving the Email(both of to seller and to buyer), nor is the link appearing on the Thank you page.

Second, I’m trying to set japanese sentences at Email Settings, However, Japanese is all garbled.

We would need to see some more info such as logs etc.

Can you enable logging in the Settings page and then try another test purchase by creating a dummy product – maybe set it to $0.10?

Then let us know what the debug says.

Yes in the price list you created, create a variation – make it digital for this test and set the price to something small ($0.10).

Then make sure the price list above is selected in one of your galleries and then go to the front end of your site and make a purchase of the relevant photo for the gallery containing the price list with the $0.10 variation.

I have created price list for digital, and definitely the price list is selected in the test gallery. However email system are not working and the download links don’t appear on the Thank you page as before.

I perhaps found the reason, missing to set the IPN. Could you tell me the correct URL of IPN?

Just use your homepage URL when you enable IPN in your PayPal account. The plugin will override and set the necessary URL at the time of transaction.

I setter well too every option in email setting…..

any idea?

I think it is something concern the paypal preferences…. but i have not idea….

Have you enabled the IPN feature in your PayPal account? The following video will explain how you can do this (if it is not enabled already):

Please go to the settings of this plugin and enable the debug option. Then do a test transaction. Share the URL of your photo gallery page so I can check the debug data to see what the plugin is doing.
