Tagged: watermark problem
I’ve tried (X3) uploading a batch of 200 photos to a new gallery. It appears to go through the process of creating watermarked display photos but it (apparently) quits after creating the 42nd watermarked image. When I went through the gallery front-end to check if things were working, everything seemed great right up until I got to image #43. When I clicked on that one to view the image in a lightbox, it stopped working. I get the rotating bubble-circle thing. I’ve gone in through the back-end to see how many files are in wp-content/uploads/wp_photo_seller/1 with the “watermark_” prefix, and there are only 42.
Tried clearing cache. Tried deleting every photo in gallery and re-uploading.
Twice.
I’m brand new to this plugin. Just bought, downloaded and installed plugin two days ago. I searched the forums here for others with this same issue and didn’t find anything. Wondering if there’s a limit (42) to the number of photos I’m allowed to upload together.
Any help appreciated.
Ver. 3.9.1
GoDaddy Linux host.

Unfortunately, I can’t/won’t post the password publicly. Please contact me by email if it is essential for troubleshooting.
What is the value of the PHP memory_limit setting for your server? (You may need to ask your host provider if you don’t know)
Also, we will need to take a closer look at your site to see what’s going on.
We recently made some improvements to the bulk upload functionality but they haven’t been officially released yet but we would like to try those changes on your site too.
Someone from the team will be on touch to get login details.
PHP memory_limit setting is 248M, local and master
Is it working better after you upped the memory?
Nope. I sent a response to your email with requested info, hopefully.
