I have added the CSS to fix the checkout details page but not much has changed
I can see that the alignment issues with the buttons and the trash icon have now been fixed by the CSS changes you added.
(If you can’t see the effects then your browser cache may need clearing)
ps:
In addition to the CSS code you added, you can also add the following to get rid of that unsightly text-shadow in the buttons:
#viewCartTable input[type="submit"] {
text-shadow: none ! important;
}April 24, 2014 at 4:35 am #62399vinimagesMemberHmm. when I am trying to purchase, it sends me directly to the paypal page without asking me for my details anymore. I have cleared the cache and cookies, and use google incognito but same effect. How can I test that clients details page again? Thanks
April 24, 2014 at 4:46 am #62400PeterMemberI’m sorry I don’t quite understand the issue you are referring to.
I just tried adding a photo and checking out from your site and I can see no problems and everything works great.
April 28, 2014 at 11:34 pm #62401vinimagesMemberHi Peter.
I am not being asked anymore to enter my details when I am trying to purchase so I can’t see how it looks. When I click proceed to checkout after viewing cart, I am send directly to Paypal. Can we make the review details page a mandatory page to review even for returning customers?
I also noticed that you can proceed with the purchase without ticking the box “I agree to the Terms & Conditions”. Can this be a mandatory tick field?
Thanks
April 29, 2014 at 1:23 am #62402PeterMemberHi @vinimages,
I think you are confusing the manual checkout procedure with the paypal checkout method.
When using paypal you are never asked to enter any details on your site. The only place you will be asked to enter anything is when you land on the paypal page – where you’ll need to login with your paypal account details.
If you use the Photo Seller manual checkout, then the customer will be taken to the manual checkout form page where they will need to enter their details.
April 29, 2014 at 1:36 am #62403vinimagesMemberSo the delivery address that will be populated to me will be coming from the clients paypal account?
What about the Terms & Conditions tick box?
April 29, 2014 at 2:01 am #62404PeterMemberYes paypal will capture the shipping address.
The Photo Seller plugin will send you an email telling you that you’ve made a sale and which product it was.
You can then log into your wordpress site and go to the “Orders” menu and click on the relevant order which was made to view the address you will need to ship to.
What about the Terms & Conditions tick box?
Can you please provide a link to your photo gallery page so I can see the t & c box?

At this stage I can proceed to payment without ticking the T&Cs box
Thanks
April 29, 2014 at 2:47 am #62406PeterMemberYour theme is unfortunately adding a whole bunch of <p> tags amongst our inline javascript code and in turn it is creating a syntax error.
We will try and see if we can do some mods to the code to avoid situations like yours with problematic themes.
April 29, 2014 at 3:15 am #62407vinimagesMemberThank you
April 29, 2014 at 3:17 am #62408PeterMemberUpdate: we’ve done some changes to the code which will avoid such issues as yours where the theme can potentially insert <p> tags into the inline js code in the cart page.
Someone from the team will send you an updated version of the plugin for you to try.
April 29, 2014 at 6:56 am #62409adminKeymaster@vinimages, Sent you an update
May 1, 2014 at 12:05 am #62410vinimagesMemberSorry to use this channel. The email I received from your team has no attachment. I replied to email but still no response. Could you please resend? Thanks
May 1, 2014 at 3:17 am #62411adminKeymasterI sent you another email yesterday with the attachment but that one bounced back. Is your inbox full by any chance? I just tried sending you another one now and that one bounced too with the following error.
The message was rejected by the server for the recipient domain me.com by mx4.me.com.akadns.net. [17.172.34.67].
The error that the other server returned was:
554 5.7.0 Message Size Violation
May 1, 2014 at 5:13 am #62412vinimagesMemberIt’s funny. I didn’t have that issue with the previous one you sent last week. Please try [vincent@vinimages.com.au] Thanks
