WP Photo Seller – Orders not updating

I received an email from Paypal notifying me of a sale. Nothing from WP Photo Seller and this is the first time that has happened.

The sale does not show up in my Orders or Reports.

What should I look to refresh, update or change?

We would need to see some more info such as logs etc.

Can you enable logging in the Settings page and then try another test purchase by creating a dummy product – maybe set it to $0.10?

Let us know when you have done the test transaction after enabling debug option.
