Tagged: notification email
Hi,
Is it possible to achieve the following:
1. The ability to include shortcodes in the subject line of the email that goes to the seller? For example: Order from {first_name} {last_name}.
2. A notification email to the seller when an order is placed, not just after payment is made. This is really important for manual payment orders, and if the seller has items set to $0.00 because they come free with a package.
3. Could we have some more shortcodes to enable us to include more information in the seller notification email? It would be very handy to show the contents of the cart, with images, prices and totals etc.
Thanks.
Richard Davenport.

We have recently made a change to the plugin so that emails are sent to the seller when an order is made. The latest version will be released and available soon.
Regarding your other points, thanks for the suggestions. We will put them in our “possible features” list. In the meantime you can always use the “Orders” menu of this plugin to get all of the information you need regarding any customer order.
I’m willing also to be able to include shortcodes in the subject.
It would be really useful having, for example, the transaction ID for archiving purposes.
